The staff here is amazing! Truly lifesavers. I brought my dogs in on Sunday after they sustained serious injuries. They were able to not only keep me calm but my dogs as well. They worked with me while I figured out payment plan and did everything to save my dogs. I cannot thank them enough. Don’t hesitate to bring your animals here, they are fair, honest and great with both people and the animals they care for.

My dog, Radar, tore her dew claw almost completely off. I called my vet to see if we could bring Radar in for treatment. Unfortunately, it was almost 4:00 pm. Based on the info I provided to the vet, they said it wasn’t an emergency, but it was urgent and recommended Urgent Pet Care. We took Radar in and the treatment, professionalism, caring attitudes made all the difference for Radar’s pain and stress. Dr. Axelband, and Julie, were sincerely dedicated to helping Radar.

Thank God for this place!! After my puppy and I were told that we would have to wait AT LEAST 1-3 hours for her to be seen because even though she was clearly suffering and shaking “she was stable and not about to die in the next few minutes”, I brought her here and she was seen within 15 minutes by the doctor!! We were both treated with so much kindness and empathy and professionalism that I regretted even more wasting over an hour at the other place and being mocked when I expressed concern for her health and suffering. The staff here genuinely care about pets. Sadly, not all emergency centers are like this… I’m saving this place in my emergency contacts immediately!

This place is a lifesaver. We found a very young stray kitten on a Sunday afternoon and brought it home with plans of taking him to our regular vet on Monday. However when we got to the house I noticed that the kitten was covered in fleas and had a very bloated tummy. I started frantically looking for a vet because I knew that with its size this was not a good sign; however the only available vets where emergency centers. That is when I found this clinic and called them. It was Sunday at 7pm and they told me to come with the kitten. As soon as we got there the kitten got tested for parasites and treated for the fleas. We got medications to take home to tray the parasites and I left knowing that the kitten was going to be ok. The Dr and his vet tech where so kind and friendly, they answered all my questions and took away my worries. I can’t express how great full I am to be able to see a vet on Sunday evening. I will definitely come back with my pets and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I came into this office tonight with my little man who had stopped eating and had diarrhea. Ken was the vet tech on staff and he was so professional and amazing he kept me calm and answered all my questions. I have never been to any place and been treated so well. Still after leaving the urgent center I am still talking to my husband about how sweet and passionate Ken was!!! If I could give you many more stars I would!!! It is so hard to find people and places like this. I will definitely be going back with my other pets. Keep up the good team work!!

Knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring. Exactly what you want when you bring your fur baby to urgent care. They also offered options for treatment instead of pressuring us to go the most expensive route. Rare to find.
